SMB) Marketing to drive awareness, acquisition, retention, and growth for our SMB business.The.This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to first, drive the evolution of our brand, messaging, and marketing programs to achieve excellence across channels for SMBs. Second, this position willbe responsible forand implementing acquisition and retention strategies, and measuring outcomes to drive growth aligned to our business goals.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 5+ years experience as aSMB marketing leader, growth and lifecycle marketing roles, or integrated campaign marketing.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with advertising technology and/or marketing technology
  • Experience in executing growth marketing strategies, with a track record of delivering measurable results For example, paid media, customer journey mapping, acquisition and lead programs, email campaigns, etc.

  • Experience with content and program development across channels of marketing.
  • Project management experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years experienceaSMB marketing leader, growth and lifecycle marketing roles, or integrated campaign marketing.
    • OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years experience asaSMB marketing leader, growth and lifecycle marketing roles, or integrated campaign marketing.
    • OR equivalent experience.

Integrated Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $248,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $268,900 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Leadership and Strategic Planning:

  • Support development and communication of a clear SMB Marketing vision and plan aligned with Microsoft Advertising’s overall business and marketing goals. Provide leadership with clear guidance and high-performance expectations for marketing strategy to drive growth goals.
  • Research and analyze industry and trends, audience insights, industry partnerships, events and media, and emerging opportunities.Identifyand advise onnew programs, techniques, and distribution channels or improvements in current programs to drive success for SMBs.
  • Identify, enhance, and execute programs to drive growth,optimizingacross the whole of the customer journey (from awareness to acquisition, retention, and growth) for our SMB business.

Integrated Marketing & Programming:

  • Develop and executeaholistic marketing strategy that aligns with global marketing campaigns and anchors around key business opportunities and milestones for SMB across channels of marketing.
  • Support the planning, executive, and measurement of plan and coordinate efforts across various channels, such as social media, content marketing, events and webinars, enablement, and sponsored content.
  • In alignment with our global editorial strategy, support development and execution of content strategy that resonate with SMBs and develop architecture for a scaled content engine to drive outbound.

Growth Marketing:

  • identifyingnewopportunitiesandoptimizingfor growth
  • Strategize approach around application ofnew technologies,systemsand tools to enhance customer journey and experience.
  • Support the planning, execution, and measurement of growth marketing strategies across various channels, such as paid media, digital & web, email campaigns, lead generation, scaled partner portal, offers and coupons, and more.
  • Utilize analytics tomonitor, analyze, and report on performance, and adjust tactics as needed. The ability to interpret data and apply insights will drive continuous improvement around the user experience, and strategic refinement across all initiatives.
