Key job responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into data and analytic requirements for software development engineers and data engineers.
- Monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in the data pipelines.
- Review and audit existing ETL jobs and SQL queries.
- Create, design and develop data models for scalable data marts.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to automate systems and tools.A day in the life
- You will provide leadership to ensure that our metrics and analytics are produced and are aligned to the strategic goals of the organization.- Conduct and present statistical analysis, such as regressions, chi-square testing, and confidence intervals.
- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation and model implementation.

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
