Technical attributes:
- Ability to create cloud architectures using the Well Architected Framework
- Solid development experience using .Net Core / Python
- Good knowledge and Understanding of MACH (Microservices, API-First, Cloud-Native, Headless) Architecture
- Good knowledge and experience on Cloud Foundations & Infrastructure (network, identity, security and data)
- Practical experience in large scale Cloud Migration & Modernization engagements
- Hands-on experience in Azure PaaS services across Compute / Web / Integration / Data / AI
- Good knowledge and understanding of setting up CI/CD Pipeline using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Hands-on experience on IaC development (Terraform, ARM, Bicep)
- Good experience in Domain driven designs and Entity Framework
- Good knowledge on Cloud design patterns and cloud native solutions
- Design experience using No-SQL databases like Cassandra/Mongo/CosmosDB
Management attributes:
- Exhibit very strong consulting skills.
- Understanding of the current IT environment and industry IT trends to identify the engagement and client service issues.
- Develop Business Case, Business KPIs, Benefits realization plan and measure KPIs.
- Experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations, using tools such as PowerPoint/Excel/Word/Visio.
- Must have presentation skills – ability to create PowerPoint presentations to communicate solution architecture to various stakeholders.
- Experience working under agile delivery methodology.
- Experience with researching new products/tools and rapid prototyping.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Degree in Engineering
- A hands-on technical and people leader with at-least 15 years in building a running a high performing team.
- 15+ years building highly scalable, high-performance applications.
- Experience in different frameworks/Architecture like microservices, event driven architecture, Rest API’s and Reactive systems
- Experience in cloud platforms such as Azure. AWS/GCP is also preferable.
- Experience in Agile Scrum Methodology and DevOps
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
- Have expertise in architecture and delivery of large-scale mission critical distributed applications.
- Have experience in developing strategies, plan, design, development, testing, deployment and production support of projects and products.
