Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in data center operations or other relevant operational experience in regulated environments/industries.
- 5 years of experience managing technical teams and vendors in charge of operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure and components.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related Engineering field.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in a data center environment.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
