Your key responsibilities
- Effective planning, monitoring and management throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
- Partner with cross-functional teams to Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures
- Drive, motivate, support, and provide direction to a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance.
- Maintain healthy communication channels internally and externally
- Run day to day operations, identify potential conflicts or issues and proactively manage project changes
- Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Analyze performance & project data for insights and action
- Own and manage the project operations dashboard
- Preparation and delivery of project management reports for senior management
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience working within a complex web environment with global and local branches (with language translations)
- Familiar working in content management and digital asset management systems, ideally Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience managing complex projects that have multiple moving parts. Prior experience individually transitioning large groups of users from one system to another is preferred.
- An eye for presentation and attention to detail
- Possess a mindset to learn things and undertake add-on responsibilities
- Prioritization of workload, agility for quick learning, ability to meet deadlines will be key drivers of success
- The ability to report on and measure project success by analyzing project data.
- Dynamic, enterprising, and driven person with ability to lead and inspire
- Strong communication & presentation skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Managed a large team or experience working with more than 50 members in complex environment
- Strong project management experience
- Extensive operations management experience driving efficiency, quality, and timelines
Ideally, you’ll also have
- PMP certification strongly preferred with In-depth understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to represent the company in a client facing role
- The ability to take responsibility for high quality and on-time project deliveries
- Proven ability to operate within a multi-client engagement
- Ability to understand and deliver on customer expectations

What we look for
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in using CMS tools such as AEM, WordPress, HubSpot, Joomla
- Minimum 8 years of overall experience in operations and managing a team of 50 and above.
