This role is part of our Consumer and Business Banking team at U.S. Bank and will be focused on analytics responsibilities within the product and/or digital marketing space for our point-of-sale application (talech).
The Role:
The person in this role will:
Gather and integrate large volumes of data from multiple complex data sources, perform analysis, interpret results/patterns/trends, and will develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company.
Provide answers to business questions, as well as provide recommendations for action for positive business outcomes.
Utilize various statistical techniques and tools and will present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner, allowing stakeholders and others to quickly understand the results and recommendations, so they act upon them and make data driven decisions.
Collaborate with various partners across the enterprise to provide a holistic view of the analysis, measuring and monitoring results of applied recommendations and present adjustments, as needed. The role will also ensure all data acquisition, sharing and results of applied recommendations are compliant with company standards.
Stand up new reporting on new device and/or site launches, including feature utilization for our merchants.
Review funnel usage for various online processes pertaining to the business, working to resolve any process bottlenecks.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Four to five years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Proficiency in Power BI / Tableau strongly preferred
(Creating dashboards and visualizations from scratch)
In-depth expertise in writing SQL code is strongly preferred
Product analytics or Digital marketing analytics experience preferred
Expert level skill in stakeholder management and communication, including holding stakeholder meetings, demoing products, creating Product Requirement Documentation and tailoring data visualizations to the requests of stakeholders strongly preferred
Experience in providing actionable insights to the stakeholders derived from data for positive business outcomes strongly preferred
Experience in Payments a plus

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $101,490.00 - $119,400.00 - $131,340.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
