Secondary Responsibilities
- You will design, develop and establish KPIs to monitor analysis and provide strategic insights to drive growth and performance.- You will work with large data sets, automate data extraction, to develop self-service automated decision support solutions
Key job responsibilities- You will be required to design and influence operational best practices for reporting and analytics to enable the team to scale
- You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement advanced analytics algorithms that exploit our rich data sets
- You will communicate verbally or in writing to business customers / leadership to sharing insights and recommendations
- You will partner with stakeholders and support them in building ETLs, conduct Deep dives and participate in building long term Analytics and BI solutions.

- 2+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with one or more industry analytics visualization tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, QuickSight, MicroStrategy, PowerBI) and statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared)
- Experience with scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, or R)

- Knowledge of data modeling and data pipeline design
- Experience with statistical analysis, co-relation analysis
