Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and installation of devices specific to the requested modalities: support for preventive and corrective interventions to be carried out on site or remotely; installation of new systems in collaboration with the service team and the project manager;
  • Productivity: understanding and application of work instructions according to the conditions of service contracts with customers, respecting the internal evaluation parameters of the service activity (e.g.: response time to the breakdown, number of corrective interventions, costs, etc.);
  • Customer satisfaction: effective and permanent relationship with users and any other customer personnel to ensure optimal communication; ability to work in a medical/hospital environment, highly regulated in quality standards;
  • Internal collaboration and business development: availability for any support required by the sales/project management team during customer visits or for other needs related to business opportunities (e.g. calls for tender, training, product promotion, identification and communication of sales opportunities, etc.);
  • Administrative quality: all administrative tasks, in particular on any documentation related to service reports and compliance with the GE quality system.

Required qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge and certified technical training in the fields of electronics / mechanics / electrical engineering (work experience in the medical sector appreciated);
  • Basic knowledge of IT tools dedicated to the diagnosis and connectivity of devices;
  • Predisposition to teamwork and integration into the company organization chart;
  • Fluency in verbal and written French and English essential (knowledge of German and/or Italian appreciated);
  • Ability to work independently and versatile;
  • Initiative and ability to quickly learn any new information;
  • Efficiency in planning and organizing work

  • Know and comply with the GEHC quality manual, the quality management system and objectives, as well as the applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this type of job/position;
  • Comply with health, environmental and safety standards and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements;
  • Ensure all planned EHS quality and compliance tasks.
