The goal of the Global Marketing Director Mammography role is to strategically focus on growth and expansion opportunities for new products and services. You will be responsible for managing and expanding the Mammography portfolio with a focus on AI and workflow activities. You will recommend innovative solutions to solving customer needs by evaluating market trends, researching customer data points, and assessing the viability and profitability of the portfolio. You will develop go to market strategies across the product lifecycle. You will research competitive strategies and market impact and differentiate our offering. You will have a significant customer facing role, presenting roadmaps, facilitating medical advisory boards with key customers, and refining strategies based on insights.***This role allows for the incumbent to work remotely from a home office anywhere within the Domestic US but also requires the ability to travel to 50-60% within the Domestic US primarily. Depending upon business needs, may require light international travel in the future.
Job Description- Development of strategic business and marketing plans for our Mammography portfolio with emphasis on AI, Workflow solutions and Smart Mammo across the product lifecycle; Involves the evaluation of market research, market positioning, reimbursement strategies, and promotions associated with assigned scope.
- Assess the viability and profitability of the mammography portfolio and develop and refine the GTM strategy according to insights gained through data analysis and customer touchpoints.
- Requires specialized knowledge that can address significant challenges in the patient, technologist and radiologist experience for breast cancer screening and diagnosis.
- Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
- Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and can construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements & the commercial change process.
- Develop and motivate others on strategies and operating mechanisms to deliver business results. May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts with commercial focus.
- Work with communications, content, and marketing teams to strengthen our brand messaging.
- Exercise strong judgment to balance speed with a high-quality and scalable end-to-end operator. Iterate quickly, test new ideas, and analyze results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field
- 10+ years multi-functional experience in product management, sales, marketing, clinical
- Background in healthcare IT and/or SaaS
- Demonstrated business & commercial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to lead high performing teams
- Experience leading multiple product development cycles from concept to scale
