What you'll do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the project management of strategic programs, such as AI and Industry Foundation
  • Supporting in business reporting and financial planning
  • Supporting in managing Strategic Steering Element (Values, Themes, Key results (VTKs)) for annual targets
  • Contributing to the operations model management
  • Handling various ad-hoc tasks as required

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Information Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics or similar
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, SAP, basic knowledge in Cloud and Generative AI
  • Language skills: Good written and spoken English and German skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Interest or experience in financial planning and reporting
  • Demonstrable ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
