You will apply your deep knowledge to concrete problems our engineering teams face on a daily basis. You will lead the engineering team to design and deliver enterprise-scale systems that will be used by both internal and external customers. You will own end to end technical components and framework focused on technology and services needed to build, scale, and operate an Amazon-caliber customer experience. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and end-users around the world at all levels.

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
