Key Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for revenue and contribution growth within the defined SEA region.
- Target and close key opportunities for semiconductor materials, driving overall sales performance.
- Work closely with commercial colleagues throughout global to broaden and deepen sales coverage.
- Implement business strategies in key growth opportunities, in coordination with global product line strategies.
- Collaborate with Regional and Global Sales/Marketing leaders to provide input to overall strategy development.
- Develop a clear understanding of country and application-specific industry environments, including value chains, business drivers, and competitive environment to help create plans for creating value.
- Identify and communicate market trends, technical developments, competitive activities, and business opportunities that will impact the business.
- Interface regularly with key customers and associations, OEM partners to establish high-level business relationships.
- Develop and implement key account plans for all major accounts within the assigned territory.
- Cultivate a robust sales pipeline to ensure the business is properly positioned for opportunities across the entire region.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in account manager and/or sales roles, preferably within the semiconductor industry
- Strong business acumen, bias for action, and results oriented.
- Strong technical understanding capabilities and experience.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with 40 - 50+% travel.
- Ability to work well across cultures.
- Experience in a global organization, developing partnerships with peers in other regions.
- Ability to move between tactical and strategic approaches depending on the situation.
- Proficiency in English is a must; other language proficiency is a plus.
- Working experience in other semiconductor materials/equipment companies or any foundry working experience highly preferred
