Key job responsibilities
- Drive the development and implementation of measurement strategies for AI-powered support solutions
- Design and execute sophisticated experimental frameworks to validate product innovations
- Lead complex data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and advanced analytical tools- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decisions

You will work closely with product, program, and tech teams to stay connected to the ongoing feature launch roadmaps. The Selling Partners Support ecosystem is constantly evolving, and our analytics systems must be maintained and adapted to ensure our measurement strategy and reporting mechanisms accommodate these changes. You will build a variety of analytics and visualization solutions to support our product features, autonomously perform deep dives to uncover new trends, and work closely with our product team to design experiments and identify opportunities. Your insights will drive data-informed decisions that enhance our support tools and improve the overall experience for our selling partners.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering , analytics, mathematics, statistics or a related technical or quantitative field
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or a related analytical field experience
- Background in e-commerce or customer support analytics
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and AI applications
