Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
Deep understanding of labour law and labour relations environment in Sub-Saharan Africa (Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa).
Problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
Strong project management skills and delivery, able to manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
