Serve as key operating partner for the Director Strategy, Operations and Measurement on business operations for the global Communications team, e.g., budget planning, mapping key moments for workshops and market visits, leading ongoing rhythm of business
Design, build, and/or optimize critical frameworks, processes, and assets for our global efforts. Examples may include:
Optimizing the design, management, and reporting of our increasingly global and multifaceted budget to enable clear regional or market-specific views
Developing the prioritization approach and ROI framework for global communications initiatives
Developing the workload and process flow to ensure projects and initiatives are on time, scaled, and resources appropriately
Drive annual planning process as a key element of central planning and budgeting.
Your Expertise:
10+ years of experience in global communications/marketing operations, strategy & operations, and/or management consulting (or the equivalent).
Experience working with a global organization across disciplines (Finance, Strategy, Consumer and Product, Creative, Production, etc.) and with a range of non-US local teams
Analytical, structured thinker with strong business acumen. Experience partnering with Finance (FP&A, Strategic Finance) and Analytics/Data Science
Experience establishing systems and developing processes in a dynamically scaling environment. Ability to take a vague problem, crisply frame the challenge, identify a path forward, and drive an initiative over the finish-line
Passion for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to own the work in a hands-on way and be in the details
Ability to effectively communicate and influence decisions at all levels
