Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience managing technical projects in the software engineering domain.
10 years of experience leading software engineering.
5 years of experience leading teams within technical program management or equivalent roles.
Experience with computer networking.

Knowledge of the relationship between the organization and its environment, with ability to identify connections, adopt different perspectives, and respond to changing circumstances in a strategic way.
