Strategic planning and execution for test equipment design and architecture, both hardware and software
Qualification of hardware to MIL-STD, DO-160 and OEM specifications
Own Engineering proposals, schedules, budget and staffing plans
Supplier/Subcontract management
People management including goals, performance reviews, career planning
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
10+ years of related engineering experience
5+ years managing others
Must be a US Person
Ability to obtain a Security clearance
Working knowledge of RF test and measurement concepts
Knowledge of process for qualification of hardware
