KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic planning and execution for test equipment design and architecture, both hardware and software
• Qualification of hardware to MIL-STD, DO-160 and OEM specifications
• Own Engineering proposals, schedules, budget and staffing plans
• Supplier/Subcontract management
• People management including goals, performance reviews, career planning

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 10+ years of related engineering experience
• 5+ years managing others
• Must be a US Person
• Ability to obtain a Security clearance
• Working knowledge of RF test and measurement concepts
• Knowledge of process for qualification of hardware

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
• Leads/participates in multi-disciplinary teams across many functions
• Demonstrates leadership capabilities including problem solving, decision making, motivation, coaching, and empowerment
• Communicates effectively to a broad range of audiences
• Negotiates expectations with customers, and meets commitments once negotiations are complete
