Thisis a customer facing role tasked with traveling to customer sites for purposesof quality control of work performed by the technical team, and to maintain andfurther build customer relationships. You will maintain that on-siteinstallation, servicing, improvements and repair processes of complex equipmentand building control systems has been successfully attained and that allcustomer needs have been met. You willapply the your knowledge and experience of remote access to building managementsystems (BMS).You will achieve continuous improvement initiatives inthe field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to deliveryand installation of proper equipment.
Resource planning including identifying, forecasting, and allocating best fit solutions.
Monitor cost and overall parts and labor dispatch. . Acorporate credit card, phone, and rental car will be provided for travel (Noexpenses come out of your pocket). Minimal carrying requirements forequipment/tools. You will use your laptop during on-site visits.

High School diploma or equivalent
4 years minimum experience interacting directly with customers.
2 years minimum experience in technical support delivered on-site or remotely.
1 year minimum experience with supporting building automated systems and controls. Additional Information
