The is responsible for providing human resources support to develop, deliver This position drives efforts in the areas of talent management, training,
communication and recruiting.
Responsibilities:
• Support Human Resources core processes: talent management,
training plan, employee engagement, succession planning, recruiting and onboarding.
• Support the site HR Manager in front office with managers and employees.
• Support the site HR Manager to implement and execute HR Projects.
• Delivering of local internal communication initiatives.
• Cooperate with the HR Centers of Excellence to support the
delivery of administrative activities.
Must have:
• Master's degree in Law, Political Sciences, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English and Italian and the knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
• Good relation and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
• Customer orientation approach.
• Structured approach.

• Market specific training and on-going personal development.
• You are trained as Junior HR Generalist of manufacturing site.
