The RoleThis person will lead the operational product functions and drive the strategy, process, and workflow for the operational product functions. The product functions led by this role include onboarding new applications to the platform, SSO integration, configuration changes, automation and self-service enablement, and platform health and hygiene. You will be the product lead with support from a team of product owners to prioritize and facilitate work in these functional areas. As a Digital Identity Product Operation Lead, you will partner with business line, security experts and technical counterparts to establish and improve crew and product squad processes for the assigned functional areas. Your goal will be to help improve the product to make it easier for our stakeholder to leverage and to establish prioritization methods to manage the high demand of workload.Responsibilities Include:
Drive automation and self-service enablement functions to simplify the onboarding and increase usage of the platform.
Support the development of strategy and initiatives involving federated, centralized and decentralized authentication opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications8 or more years of product experience
Strong product management, design, and development skills
Excellent strategic communication skills and strong executive presence that creates alignment
Experience developing multi-year, enterprise strategy for identity management and fraud / risk management capabilities; manage associated socialization, collaboration, and influence in setting broad strategic direction across all channels and LOBs
Deep experience in agile product development and DevOps environment. Experience in a Product Architecture oriented development environment including CX design
Marketing and market research skills and experience
Well-developed verbal and written communication skillsEvaluates potential product or experience development projects for feasibility and value. Ensures successful outcomes from key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery and other internal service partners. Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities throughout the product or experience lifecycle. Adheres to company-defined risk appetite as part of the first line of defense. Serves as point of review and sign off for risk management, compliance and audit requirements, as needed.
