Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in clean energy policy and regulatory matters within Texas, particularly relating to electric utilities, rate design and analysis, and related topics.
Knowledge of key stakeholders, issues, and market trends within Texas, with a familiarity with ERCOT and the PUCT.
Ability in achieving desired outcomes in Texas's regulatory and legislative arenas, often as part of large stakeholder coalitions.
Ability to grow in ambiguous environments and creative approach to solve complex multi-stakeholder tests.
Excellent relationship-building skills, exceptional oral and written communication, and project management skills.
