Drive product strategy for the Experience Platform, focusing on enhancing user experiences and product scalability
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including: Design, engineering, data analysis, and other stakeholders to define product goals and priorities
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, and translate them into actionable plans and prototypes
Drive the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment across other product teams within the organization
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize them
5+ years of experience as a product manager in an established company
Experience with B2C products or SaaS for SMBs, a plus
Strong user experience skills, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the big picture
Proven capability in building platform-based products, with a knack for gathering and integrating requirements from various product teams within the organization
Capable of understanding complex processes, and identifying areas calling for improvement
Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders
Excellent leadership and personal skills
Self-organized, process-driven
Data-driven and analytical thinker
Experience leading small, agile teams
A passion for accumulating knowledge of your domain and sharing it with others
Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
