Work Hours: 40 hours per week
As the SAP Global Security, Operations Implementation and Change Management Intern, you will:
- Work alongside the Global Program Manager and Application Product Owners to support operational adoption of technical security applications used by the security field operations teams.
- Opportunity to learn security applications, complete updates to existing training documents with new enhanced features and working with the operations leads create and conduct training sessions.
- Working with the Application Product Owners and BI reporting team to ID key metrics that will drive increased use of all delivered applications and establish communication cadence to help drive accountability by region and licensed users.
- Participate in the creation and lead the execution of the project implementation & change management project workstreams within the project plan.
- Opportunity to Identify, co-create, document and publish a repeatable process that will streamline all application implementation & enhancement training and organizational Change Management for identified security applications.
What you bring

- Be a current student or Recent graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant Business or Operations Management field including: Project Management, Communications/Training and Development, Organizational Change Management or other relevant degree.
- Possess professional interpersonal communication skills, including verbal, written presentation and non-verbal such as listening, eye contact and professional body language.
- Must be able to work as a team player yet can work independently.
- Have analytical, results-driven and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to learn and adapt in a changing environment.
- Experience with adult classroom facilitation a plus.
- Comfort with Microsoft Productivity Tools and opportunity to learn and use more advanced tools not as familiar (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Excel, Word, Project Office, Power Automate, Mural etc.).
