As a team member, you’ll collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including software, hardware, and network engineers; supply chain specialists; security experts; operations managers; and other critical roles. Together, you’ll work across AWS to deliver the highest standards of safety and security while ensuring seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance on various facility equipment (such as electrical and mechanical, control, and fire-fighting systems), managing change processes, creating procedures, and overseeing vendor operations.
Key job responsibilities
• You will plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment’s, including but not limited to, chiller, air handling unit (AHU/CRAHU),fan coil unit (FCU), ventilation fan, split air conditioner (AC), pumps, leak detection systems, roller shutters, power distribution boards, UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply)batteries, and generators.
• Develop site specific documents including Maintenance checklist, EOP, SOP and RA.
• Service report preparation and submission for preventive and breakdown maintenance works.
• Ensure safe keeping of hand tools and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure all works are carried out safely and/or in accordance with established standards, procedures & local legislation.
• Any other tasks, when required by the immediate manager.

• Technical College Degree, Qualified Technical Diploma, or NITEC Certification.
• Proficient in both verbal and written technical communication and enthusiastic about the maintenance of data centers or critical facility environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills and capable of managing priorities effectively in a complex and fast-paced environment.

• Degree, Diploma, or NITEC certification in Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or any related engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience in preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Proficient in the preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems commonly used in data center environments. Equipment experience includes (but is not limited to): Chillers, Air Handling Units (AHU/CRAHU), ACMV, Pumps, Leak detection systems, Roller shutters, Power distribution boards, UPS and batteries system, Generators
