As a Support Engineer on the Sort Tech team your primary responsibilities will be:- Gain a strong understanding of our Software Suite and its infrastructure in order to effectively triage and resolve issues as well as maintain the infrastructure.

- 1+ years of software development, or 1+ years of technical support experience
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems

- Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
- Experience troubleshooting & maintaining hardware & software RAID
- Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
