We seek a strong leader responsible for manufacturing test in our iPad and watch product lines. This role requires strong technical expertise in manufacturing and test processes, acumen to innovate for test integrity and efficiency, and proven ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive solutions forward. This position has high visibility in the Operations organization, requiring frequent communication with executives.
- 10+ years experience in Test or Manufacturing Engineering (or similar) including 5+ of those years in people management, preferably in high volume consumer electronics industry
- BS/MS in a relevant engineering discipline, MS preferred. MBA is a plus
- Delivered multiple complex test projects from NPI to mass production under demanding timelines and cross functional work streams
- Proven track records of cutting through ambiguity by establishing objectives and priorities, developing plans, and anticipating risks
- Comprehensive understanding of high-volume manufacturing test processes, data and failure analysis, and measurement control metrics
- Demonstrates attention to detail and enjoys both hands-on work and high-level strategic thinking
- Have a curious mind, always seeking improvement in technical and business opportunities
- Skilled in presenting complex technical updates to executive audiences
- Excels in building and nurturing positive relationships with internal and external partners
