KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Data Strategy & Visualization Oversight:
    • Lead the development of business intelligence strategies, including the creation of Power BI dashboards and other data visualization tools, to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
    • Guide team members in designing clear, accurate, and effective visualizations that support decision-making and provide transparent visibility into business performance.
  • Process Optimization & Standardization:
    • Identify inefficiencies within current processes across omnichannel fulfillment and drive the development of standardized processes that enhance operational efficiency.
    • Implement best practices in process management to optimize workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and improved operational outcomes across LAM countries.
  • Data Consistency & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure high-quality, accurate data is integrated into visualizations and analytics tools, maintaining consistency across reporting systems.
    • Provide oversight to ensure adherence to data integrity standards and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Policy Development & Implementation:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor policies related to process standards, data management, and reporting to ensure consistent execution across the region.
    • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of policies, making adjustments as necessary to align with evolving business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand data and reporting needs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Provide clear communication on how data-driven insights can inform business decisions and foster a culture of data transparency and accountability.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead and mentor team members in data analytics and process improvement initiatives, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and tools needed to succeed.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
    • Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in data analytics and business process optimization to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of industry trends.
    • Drive the continuous improvement of business processes and analytics capabilities, ensuring they evolve in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business analytics, data visualization (with expertise in Power BI), and process optimization within a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid background in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools, with a focus on transforming data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment processes and the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering results.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members in both technical and process-related aspects.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
