We are currently seeking a high-potential Senior Payroll Consultant to deliver exceptional client service and enable the continued growth of the Payroll Operate Services practice. You will develop your career by teaming with other professionals to delivertimely, accurate, and high-quality payroll-compliant output in accordance with the prevailing local statutory regulations and compensation details provided by our clients
Your key responsibilities
- Collect monthly payroll data, perform gross to net payroll calculations, and prepare payroll reports in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.
- Monthly Output reviews, Variance Analysis and reconciliations
- Provide support in onboarding new clients, system implementation, and data migration
- Support clients in Wage Protection System setup and related payroll compliance activities
- DEWS registration and ongoing monthly tasks assistance
- Provide support on Expat and National employee payroll requirements including GPSSA registration, deregistration, and assistance on Full and final Settlement calculations
- Establish maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships to help ensure that the services delivered are of the highest standards.
- Client query management according to timelines
- Anticipate and identify risks, escalate issues as appropriate with the concerned parties/authorities, and initiate performance-improvement solutions

- Strong spreadsheet skills (MS Excel essential) and good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor’s degreein Accountancy / Finance related disciplinewith 5 – 7 years of experience in payroll outsourcing preferably from professional firms
- Good knowledge of payroll and employment-related laws, and best practices in GCC countries
Ideally, you will also have
- Experience in dealing with multinational clients and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
