What you'll do

• End-to-end technical ownership of engineering projects
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders on need basis and maintain the right level of communication
• Write Design docs and work with Senior/Staff engineers to come up with the right architecture and design for ideas and experiments to quickly scale.
• Own the success of your team's projects and deliver quantifiable results in a timely manner.
• Coach and mentor engineers L3 engineers & Interns to help with their learning and career growth
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering team
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field OR 2-year full-time Software Engineering work experience, WHICH INCLUDES 1-year total technical software engineering experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Native iOS
• iOS swift, iOS objective C
• Cross-platform (iOS and Android)
