As a Field Service Engineer 1 – You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our 1 location on a alternating work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers
• Provide technical support and expertise for our solutions
• Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
Y
1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to work multiple shifts as needed
