Job Summary:
The role is responsible for ODC end-to-end technological experiences, which at a high level includes:
- Create the product vision and strategy and align with key stakeholders.
- Be the voice of the customer to cross-functional product development teams
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Seeks feedback on use of product and features to ensure a human centered approach towards a frictionless environment
- Builds and maintains relationships with facilities stakeholders
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Establish goals and review metrics to measure the success and identify areas of improvement.
- Managing vendors and internal teams that support the product, to ensure optimal service
- Assisting in and planning the portfolio’s financials and TCO
Essential Functions of the Job
The Product Manager will:
- Support the ODC technology team in financial aspects, including budgeting, procurement and managing independence and privacy reviews.
- Create metrics to demonstrate the product's business value.
- Align roadmaps with other Product Managers to optimize the user experience.
- Prepare business change materials and industrialize the product.
- Plan, budget, and sponsor the investment portfolio to deliver new product features.

- Required Technical Skills
- Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and ODC specific networking (VPNs, MPLS, SD WAN etc.) and delivery methodologies.
- Deep understanding of IT Networking, Cloud and various types of VPN solutions
- Familiarity with Windows based desktop and virtualization solutions
Other Requirements:
- The role has a global scope and requires periodic early or late meetings to support global stakeholders and to manage escalated issues. Some minimal travel may be required to support planned activities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
Experience:
- Approximately 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager role and 8+ years in Information Technology roles
Certification Requirements:
- ITIL Foundation
- Agile/Product certifications strongly desired
