The position
You will be part of the Validation and Integration team. The team is responsible for online testing execution and offline validation of autonomous vehicle applications. You will play a key role in the endorsement end-to-end for the applications, interacting with cutting-edge sensors, ground truth systems, autonomous car performances, and offline analysis and validation. The team is a part of the AV product validation department.
What will your job look like:
- Plan and execute a test plan based on the test requirements. – outdoor Field activity
- Assess and evaluate AV online behavior and performance
- Analysis, troubleshooting and debug offline data logs and report about version performance.
- Open and lead issues according to analysis and debugging.
- Taking ownership on end2end validation plan.
- Strong technical communication and leadership skills to lead investigations with engineers of multiple disciplines.
- *Must be willing to travel periodically based on customer/business needs - 50% abroad*
- Must be willing to work in field conditions.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in engineering – Electronic, mechanical Software or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in technical roles in the automotive industry
- Strong driving abilities and passion for vehicles
- Exceptional problem solving and failure analysis, strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Independent, self-taught, self-motivated, organized and multitasking abilities.
- Signal processing understanding- An advantage.
- Good knowledge on vehicle EE & ECU components, proficient skills to use tools for CAN, Ethernet, and other protocols - An advantage.
- Experience with configuring/troubleshooting devices, Operating-Systems, protocol-based devices - An advantage.
