Your Role:

Marketing Plan and Execution

  • Supporting the head of Marketing in Creating the Health Systems Marketing Plan for the market by providing Customer Insights and global Business Strategy.
  • Driving the Business specific execution of the Health Systems Marketing Plan, translating, and aligning those with the BMC Plans.
  • Supporting the Business Leader in the BMC process.
  • Providing Market and Customer Insights and Trends to the Business
  • Performance Management of assigned Portfolio of Products, Solutions and Services.

Perfect NPI

  • Supporting the Business by providing market insights and trends, reviewing the value proposition of the global plans in the product development phase, and localizing it for the market.
  • Responsible to form the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch.
  • Responsible to drive local product launches in line with the global strategy and overall market business strategy.

Marketing Sales Support

  • Capture, assess, and act on win/loss analysis.
  • Create localized assets and content for sales team in collaboration with the Marketing Operations team.
  • Supporting Sales team with background knowledge, market insights, competitive insights, instruments and tools to support in maximizing business opportunities.
  • Point of contact and "go to" resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application teams.
  • Support Head of Marketing and Events team for customer facing events to generate new leads and prospects

You're likely the right fit if you possess:

  • University Level of education in Business Management with 15-20 years of clinical marketing experience.
  • Experience in leading marketing in complex organization or a commercial function in large MNC
  • Experience in change management as it relates to culture and mindset of a complex organization including capabilities building, process design, ownership and implementation.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships within matrix by developing strong cooperation with peers, cross business and cross function.
  • Champion growth of Marketers across the organization
  • Customer focus and good problem solving skills.
