What you'll do

• Support managing our Implementation Design Principles (IDPs) documents publication process (e.g.):
  • Assemble IDP newsletters (NL) and updating NL subscriber lists
  • Submit IDPs on SAP Media using blogs and the like
• Help with content creation of IDP documents (e.g.):
  • Apply changes to IDPs due to updates of product brand names and new documentation policies
  • Design of graphics and slides for IDP documents supporting IDP authors and webinars presenters
  • Help with language editing grammar, spelling checking of new IDP documents using tools like Grammarly
  • Maintain continuous improvement on IDP partner collaboration web site
• Support external and internal meetings and workshops (e.g.):
  • Prepare questionnaires and surveys using Mentimeter and Qualtrics and creation of Murals for interactive workshops
  • Creating meeting notes and track progress of action items
  • Prepare and align the agenda of events

What you bring

• Student at university or university of applied sciences
• Preferred field(s) of study: Computer Science or Business Administration
• Computer skills:
  • Experience in MS Power Point, Word and Excel
  • Experience in MS Team or Zoom for virtual meetings
  • Knowing tools such as Mentimeter, Qualtrics or Mural is a plus
  • Social media channel management experience is a plus
• Language skills: fluent English and good writing skills, German is a plus
• Soft skills: well organized quick learner, good networking capabilities, team player, persistent
• Others:
  • Accuracy and attention to details in terms of creating high quality documents
  • Willingness to learn using SAP SuccessFactors
