Your scope of duties:

• Customer support in choosing the optimal business solution,
• Participation in consulting projects – including SAP (mainly S/4) implementation and business transformation in the areas of finance, accounting, real estate, profitability
• Pre and post-implementation reviews of selected processes and projects,
• Coordination and conduct of the main design work,
• Control of the budget implementation and project schedule,
• Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs,
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services
• Provide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Play an active role in counseling and mentoring junior consultants within the organization.
• Managing a team of 5-10 people.

Our requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementations in the area of FI/CO: REFX, PaPM etc.,
• Experience in running projects, delegating tasks,
• Higher education.
• Fluent knowledge of English and Polish,
• Very good organization of work,
• Ability to manage and supervise teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements definition, process and prose creation, business re-engineering, and application mapping.
