Key job responsibilities
* You will own the integration layer with every living room device Prime Video runs on.
* You independently manage a software development team owning cross-functional software. You hire the right mix of SDEs to accomplish team goals.
* You will work with product and project teams to deliver the most innovative audio and video features.
* You will work closely with 3rd party partners (TV manufacturers, game consoles, chipset vendors, STBs and MVPDs).
* You will build automated solutions for device onboarding.
* You define metrics to measure team development progress, customer experience, and operational excellence.

- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
- Video streaming knowledge
