Key job responsibilities
As the first Technical Writer on the team, you will be responsible for creating best-in-class documentation used by developers all over the world. You will craft guidance for component creation and porting, APIs, SDKs, and code samples. You’ll create reference implementations, describe best practices for integrating with existing environments, document how to onboard to compute, network, device management services, and more.

* Degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field
* 3+ years as a technical writer in a relevant field
* Experience designing and authoring developer documentation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience creating API and SDK documentation
* Ability to write example code in one or more of the following: Java, Kotlin, Python, React Native
* Familiarity with Linux development
* Experience with publishing systems based on Markdown or HTML and version control such as GitHub/Git
* Experience with AWS services.
* Experience using and following a style guide.
