Digital Turbine, Inc. (NASDAQ: APPS)is looking to fill a key Principal Product Manager position in their Durham, North Carolina office. This role will report to the VP, On-Device Product.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
    • Big Picture & Details: You'll help shape the product vision and roadmap, but also get into the nitty-gritty of writing requirements for engineers. Like, really detailed stuff in Jira and Confluence.
    • Customer Focus: It's all about solving customer problems. You'll be the voice of the customer, making sure what gets built actually helps them out.
    • Lots of Collaboration: Get ready to work with everyone – product managers, engineers, designers, even legal. You'll be brainstorming ideas, gathering requirements, and getting everyone on the same page.
    • Story Time (User Stories): You'll be writing a ton of Epics and User Stories. These basically describe how new features will work. And you'll need to make sure they're super clear.
    • Making Things Visual: Think wireframes, flowcharts – anything to help explain how a product should work. Plus, you'll be doing resentations.
    • Testing, Testing: You'll be checking out the product you helped create, not as a QA person, but more like, "Does this actually work like I thought it would?" and flagging any big bugs.
    • Show & Tell: You'll be doing demos, presentations, and working with analytics to see how well the product is doing.
    • Juggling Priorities: You'll help figure out what gets worked on when, especially for your specific product area.
    • Launching Products: From testing to documentation to announcements, you'll be part of the whole launch process and then seeing how it can be improved based on feedback.
    • Knowing the Market: You'll be digging into market trends and user feedback to find new opportunities.
    • API's and Privacy: You'll be working on making APIs better and ensuring user data is protected.
Qualifications:
    • Been There, Done That: 8-10+ years in product leadership, especially with mobile and Android. You basically live and breathe this stuff.
    • Android Expert: You know the Android OS inside and out, plus mobile tech and software development in eneral.
    • Strategic Thinker: You can connect the dots between product strategy and business goals.
    • Multi-Tasker Extraordinaire: You can handle lots of priorities at once and solve problems across different teams.
    • Marketing Mindset: You think like a marketer – how will this product actually get used?
    • Team Player: You've led teams before, especially internationally.
    • Platform Pro: 5 years of building platforms.
    • Know the Whole Cycle: You've been involved in all stages of product development, from coming up with the idea to launching it.
    • Tech Background: Bachelor's in something like Engineering or Computer Science, and at least 2 years as a software engineer (Android/iOS preferred).
    • Agile & Jira Guru: You know Agile development, sprints, and how to use Jira like a pro.
    • Great Communicator: Super strong English skills (speaking and writing).
    • Analytical Brain: You can dig into data and solve problems.
    • Curious Mind: You want to know why things are being built, not just what.
    • Transitioning/Already In Product: You're either trying to get into product management or already doing it, and you want to use your tech skills.
    • Project Management Skills: You can take an idea and make it a reality.
    • Presentation Power: You can make killer presentations and get people excited.
    • Ad Tech Savvy: You know the mobile advertising world, especially video, CTV, and yield management.
    • Global Mindset: You can work with people across different time zones and cultures.
    • Mobile Advertising Understanding: You get the mobile ad space and user acquisition.
    • Technical Depth: You're comfortable dealing with complex technical stuff.
