About this role:

Responsible for performing functions associated with supporting manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in the set-up, qualification, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration tasks for manufacturing equipment. Determines the preventative maintenance and calibration intervals and is responsible for writing the procedures associated with each activity.

  • Your responsibilities will include:

  • Observe and comply with all safety rules and regulations. This includes QSR and ISO Standards.

  • Perform equipment setup and corrective, preventive, and calibration maintenance as necessary.

  • Install and validate equipment in the production area to improve yield and/or reduce cycle time following the established validation procedure.

  • Identify and implement corrective actions for manufacturing equipment related issues.

  • Evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to fixtures, instruments, or equipment.

  • Develop and revise documents and procedures.

  • Evaluate and order necessary equipment, tools, and fixtures.

Required qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing AA degree or have an equivalent combination of education/work experience in a related discipline such as Drafting & Design, Machine Tool Technology, Welding, 3D Printing, Robotics, Automation & Controls, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Controls, etc.
