Key Responsibilities:
- Messaging Strategy: Define and drive the messaging architecture across campaigns, digital properties, and customer communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
- Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a blended global team of writers, designers, digital strategists, and MarCom specialists in a decentralized, AI-driven work environment.
- Integrated Marketing Execution: Oversee campaign development, AI-enabled asset creation, web/digital design, customer, stakeholder and employee communications.
- Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to client marketing, communications, and customer experience leaders, balancing creativity with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Practice Growth: Play a key role in building our West Coast marketing capability, shaping team culture, attracting talent, and developing new offerings.
- Innovation: Leverage AI-driven marketing tools and approaches to accelerate content production, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all outputs meet brand standards, regulatory requirements, and high levels of creative and messaging excellence.

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
- Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
