We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to build data and automate solutions for the people who are building the cloud.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be building and maintaining Power Platform Solutions (mainly Power Apps and Power Automate) for data collection and automation of operational and executive reporting. You will work with business stakeholders to collect requirements, with engineering and Business Intelligence partners to maintain data sources, and with your teammates to continuously improve our development practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience in developing and deploying solutions with Power Platform(particularly Power Apps, Power Automate or Dynamics).
• A deep understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate,Power BI andPower Virtual Agents.
• Development skills on Office365 services SharePoint, MSSQL and Azure Services
• Proficiency in incorporating Power BI reports and dashboards within PowerApps, and vice versa.
• Knowledge of using API custom-connectors within PowerApps.
• Working experience with relational databases MS SQL.
• Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) which includes gathering and analyzing.business requirements, functional/technical specifications, designing, developing, testing, deploying the applications and providing production support.
• Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and enjoy solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills and project management skills.
• Ability to worka fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Microsoft Power Platform certifications is an added advantage(e.g. PL-600, PL-400).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated technical excellence in learning and applying successful strategies and implementing improvements to engineering methods and quality practices across the data center delivery portfolio.

These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Design and developbusiness solutionsusing the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.
• Workclosely with users and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive good design.
• Use multiple Out-of-The-Box connectors with Power Apps, Power Automate and preferably create custom connectors.
• Exercise creative problem-solving skills when performing end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Drive continuous improvement through good documentation, adherence to agile methodology, and commitment to measuring success.
• Be an active member of the Center of Excellence by staying up to date on the Power Platform and proactively participating in efforts to document and promote best practice.
• Provide subject matter expertise around Powerand provide training on Power Platform development and best practices.
• Assume additional responsibilities as and when assigned.
