- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in warehousing, warehouse management systems, data analytics, and data insights.
- Experience in Supply Chain Logistics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information System, Computer Science or other relevant fields.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to deliver results against key operational metrics and key performance indicator's.
- Ability to diagnose issues and drive corrective actions to improve performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
