What you'll do...

What you'll do :

• Lead engineering teams to plan, design, and implement offsite AdTech integrations.

• Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring they are built in the most efficient way using Java and Scala programming languages.

• Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks and resources to deliver projects on time.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, UX, and business teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.

• Ensure the team adheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.

• Provide technical guidance, support, and coaching to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Conduct code reviews and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in AdTech.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in an engineering management role.

• Strong understanding of AdTech space with prior experience being a significant plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and oversee end-to-end execution.

• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. ​

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
