What you'll do :
Lead engineering teams to plan, design, and implement offsite AdTech integrations.
Oversee the delivery of solutions, ensuring they are built in the most efficient way using Java and Scala programming languages.
Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks and resources to deliver projects on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, UX, and business teams to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
Ensure the team adheres to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
Provide technical guidance, support, and coaching to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
Conduct code reviews and ensuring quality standards are met.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in AdTech.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in an engineering management role.
Strong understanding of AdTech space with prior experience being a significant plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and oversee end-to-end execution.
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
