We are looking for an experienced and creative
Influencer, Content & PR Junior Managerto lead the development and execution of our social media and influencer marketing strategies. In this role you will be responsible for curating engaging content, managing influencer partnerships, and driving brand visibility across social platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of current digital trends, and the ability to translate brand objectives into impactful content.
The role is opened for fixed-term assignment.
Your responsibility is to:
Plan and execute a comprehensive Social Media Strategy based on the given global guidelines and Polish strategic priorities
Plan and publish engaging and visually appealing content for Social Media platforms (FB, IG) in cooperation with external agencies and internal marketing team
Analyze metrics and report on the performance of social media publications, providing actionable insights.
Manage Influencer cooperation with external agencies and build an active brand ambassador network to spread the word about our brands
Coordinate influencer content creation, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and compliance with platform guidelines.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of influencer marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
Develop a content calendar that balances brand promotion with engaging, community-focused content.
Monitor & analyze the overall social media results, influencers performance, agencies service, prepare reports/presentations/analysis, recommend and implement corrective actions as appropriate.
Monitor social media trends, and platform updates to optimize content performance.
Develop relevant SoMe programs based on new technology and content availability in the market.
Be the guardian of consistent brand image in Social Media for our brands.
Collaborate closely with other teams (e.g., digital marketing, d2c, sales) to ensure that social media and influencer campaigns are aligned with broader marketing and business objectives.
· Use data-driven insights to segment the audience and tailor content and influencer strategies to engage different customer groups effectively.
Identify and target emerging demographics, ensuring that campaigns resonate with both existing and new audiences.
Plan and manage assigned budget, reporting and ROI measuring.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling influencer campaigns.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Have can-do attitude and ability to meet deadlines motivating a multi-functional team.
Fluent in English & Polish speaking and writing is a must.
Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
