Strategic Market Experience - Strategic and innovative with an external awareness of the Service Provider/Web market to understand the nuances of selling complex data center network solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years selling to large enterprise, service provider or cloud customers. Specific experience in Service Provider Routing or Optical strongly preferred.
- 5+ years demonstrating strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy with experience in building strong relationships with Leadership.
- 4+ years proven success in running a business or large franchise including the operational rigor, forecasting, and processes required.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership, think strategically and effectively communicate vision and influence cross-functionally.
- Adept at balancing short-term pressures with overall long-term goals.
- Strong leadership skills in mentoring and developing the sales team.
- Demonstrated track record managing significant revenue responsibility in strategic 8-figure customer relationships.
