Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to build interpersonal relationships and communicate with customers
• Basic knowledge of all infrastructure related to distributed systems (UNIX systems)
• Experience in proposing and building distributed system solutions

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• System construction experience
• PM experience
• Japanese language skills equivalent to native Japanese speaker, as communication with Japanese customers is a prerequisite for face-to-face or remote communication.
• Reading/Hearing skills to understand English technical documents and participate in training
• English communication skills (email, conference calls)
