The IT Project Analyst Jr- Payments Tech is an intermediate level provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. for the payments and receivable tech projects.
Responsibilities:
- Summarize budgets and submit recommendations for the approval or disapproval of funds requests.
- Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products.
- Analyze monthly department budgeting and accounting reports to maintain expenditure controls of the projects
- Review budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformity with procedures and regulations
- Monitor the preparation of regular and special budget reports
- Provide advice and technical assistance with cost analysis and fiscal allocation
- Manages technical components of moderately complex IT projects.
- Coordinates activities of the project team, identifies necessary resources and develops schedules to meet completion deadlines.
- Verifies team adherence to control and risk implementations as well as standards and process changes.
- Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
- Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
- May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role.
- Ability to manage teams.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in an IT project role with commensurate people management experience.
- Experience creating documentation within standard development methodology
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of agile practices
- Advanced English
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
