Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Experience in providing recommendations and strategy in India for payment acceptance or e-commerce.
Experience managing negotiations with Financial Institutions/Fintechs/Payment Providers, around enablement of payment services in India.
Experience with technical/operational/regulatory requirements in the payment acceptance flow.
Preferred qualifications:
8 years of experience in developing and managing partnerships within India's payments industry.
Experience securing agreements for payment processing and services through negotiations or engagements with processors, issuers, acquirers, networks, and regulators.
Knowledge of India's payment processing regulations, operating rules, and standard agreement terms.
Ability to provide insights from payment processing datasets, leading to process optimization with partners.
Ability to grasp business and technical requirements, assess cross-functional impacts, and evaluate new opportunities with accuracy.
