We are seeking a highly motivated and action-oriented B2C Lead Generation Manager to join our marketing team and help drive our top of funnel lead generation efforts. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for driving top of funnel lead generation through various marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role requires a proactive individual who can work cross-functionally with multiple teams, find new lead sources, and optimize lead generation processes. The ideal candidate will be accountable for the number of leads generated and the cost per lead, ensuring that our lead generation efforts are both effective and efficient.

Lead Generation

  • Drive B2C top of funnel lead generation through diverse marketing campaigns, including but not limited to digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and content marketing

Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality leads. Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, product, and data analytics teams to ensure alignment and maximize the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

New Lead Sources

  • Identify and evaluate new lead sources and channels to expand our reach and increase the volume of leads.

Performance Accountability

  • Track and analyze key metrics, including the number of leads generated and cost per lead. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing leadership team.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation. Implement new strategies and technologies to improve lead generation efficiency and effectiveness.
