We are looking for a well-rounded Senior Product Designer who can define, articulate, visualize and deliver amazing design solutions. You willbe responsible fordeep customer understanding through users’ needs, emotions and behaviors to gather insights that inform our experience design strategy. You will need to be able to communiyour ideas using a wide variety of methods—from providing sketches, pixel perfect high-fidelity designs. You will work closely withroduct Managementand Engineering as well as otheresign teams and partners to meticulously execute ideas into production.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
  • OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
  • OR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems).

Preferred Qualifi

• onstrategicsolutionsandawillingness toshare your work openlyfor feedback and improvement.
• 2+ years experience of utilizing Figma for design and prototyping.
• An understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
• Proven abilitytorepresentyour worktocross-disciplinary teammembers,stakeholders,and leadership withexcellentpresentationskillsand storytelling.
• Please include a design portfolio that effectively reflects your experience and clearly details the design journey in your work across information architecture design, usability, interaction, and visual design for UI (Please indicate your specific roles and contributions for each project submitted as part of the portfolio).

Product Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $104,000 - CAD $193,200 per year.Find additional pay information here
